Note to New Patients

All new Envie patients must complete our New Patient Registration Packet before arriving for your appoinment. Packets will be sent to you after you book your appointment.

Please arrive 25-30 minutes early for you scheduled appointment to allow for medical clearance and numbing time.

our Cancellation Policy

To ensure that we are able to service all of our clients There is a $100.00 fee if you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours in advance.

If you are more than 20 minutes late to your appointment, we will need to reschedule your appointment and you will be charged the no show cancellation fee of $100.

The $100 appointment reservation fee will not be charged to your card at the time of booking; only if you miss the appointment.
